Okay, so I have not been the best at teaching JoJo 1 Year, 6 Months ago Karma: 1
Being around "big dogs" my entire life, I have found that smaller dogs are definitely a little different. I have been able to train JoJo to sit, lay, come, etc. However, I have not been able to teach him many tricks. I am wondering if anyone has any good tricks that they have taught their Yorkie, and most importantly how did you teach them the trick?

Every time I have worked with a small dog on commands or tricks, it has required constant effort! I MEAN CONSTANT!
Working with smaller dogs is much more difficult than larger dogs, they have a smaller attention span and tend to do more of what they want to do than listen to their owner.
My advice would be working on it a little bit every day and always run through the same routine.
